I joined 09/30 with a subscription of 1500 credits per month . I also received an initial bonus to begin with. During early to mid-December I used most of my credits to download images. However, at the one month point (2018.01), shouldn't the account have refreshed and given me my monthly 1500 credits?? I was away on vacation and have returned to see that it did not - I show only 15 credits on the account with the next refresh coming on 2018.02.24? Nothing more. Please advise?
