If you're on a subscription then your credits are allocated on the day you started your plan and expire after 2 months if not used. Credit Pack credits expire 3 years after purchase.

Yes! You can use the link below to request and vote on locations. We will then go out and capture these locations when there are enough users requesting it. https://mattepaint.canny.io/photo-location-requests

Yes! If you're on a subscription plan you have unlimited access to these! Credit Pack only accounts do not have access to the free downloads. If you have a free account through a promo code then you'll get 250 free downloads before having to subscribe for more. :)

Subscription credits are spent before any Credit Packs. So you won't waste any credits because of this. You can see your two credit types in your account too. Whenever there are subscription credits to be spent, they will be used first.
